The Parable of the Growing Seed
26 He also said, “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. 28 All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. 29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”

Friday, September 6th – Momma’s Group will meet at the church 9am to 11am. If any one is able to help watch children, please join us.
Thursday, September 12 PW will meet at 9:00 to clean the Community Building and PW Meeting is at 11:00. Snacks provided.
If any ladies are interested in joining Bonne & Carolyn on Monday nights at the Lakeview Mennonite Church for a bible study at 6-8:30 starting September 16, please let Bonne know. She will need to order your study book. Cost $17. Topic “One In A Million “ by Priscilla Shirer.

Loose change offering, (coins & bills), goes to General Fund. Contributions for specific charities will go to the designated point person for that specific charity; any checks for that charity must be made payable directly to that particular charity.
